Your happiness matters to us. Because most of our products are personalized and made just for you, please read our policy below.

Personalized items

Custom and personalized products can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or there's an error on our part (for example, a misprint that doesn't match your order). In those cases we'll happily replace your item at no cost.

Non-personalized items

Unpersonalized products in their original, unused condition can be returned within [30] days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
