As our products are personalised, exchanges are unfortunately not possible. Please contact us if something is wrong with your order — we are happy to help.

EU right of withdrawal — exception

Under European consumer law, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or custom-made goods (Article 16(c) of EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU). Since all of our items are made specifically for you, they fall under this exception.
