REFUND POLICY


NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS

Because all of our products — both personalised and standard items — are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances. Each item is crafted specifically for your order and cannot be resold.

By placing an order with Butter Sage and Clay, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.


EU CUSTOMERS – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Customers ordering from within the European Union should be aware that the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to our products. Under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal is explicitly excluded for goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised.

As all of our products are made to order, this exclusion applies to every purchase made at Butter Sage and Clay, regardless of where the order is placed. No returns or refunds will be accepted from EU customers on this basis.


DAMAGES AND ISSUES

We take great care in the quality of our products. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. Send us a clear photo of the issue so we can assess and resolve it for you.

As all of our products are made to order, exchanges are unfortunately not possible. If something is wrong with your order due to a defect or error on our part, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
