Shipping Policy

Because every gift is made to order, your total delivery time is production time + shipping time.

Production time

Your item is made within 2–7 business days after you place your order. During busy periods, such as the weeks before Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Father's Day, production can take a little longer.

Shipping time

• United States: 4–11 business days after production.
• Canada and other countries: times vary by product and destination and are shown at checkout.

For most US orders, that means your gift arrives within about 6–18 business days.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs depend on the product and the number of items, and are calculated at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address carefully. Need to change something? Email us as soon as possible at contact@buttersageandclay.com. Once production has started, we may no longer be able to make changes.

Customs and duties

For orders shipped outside the United States, import duties or taxes may apply. These are set by your country and are not included in our prices.

Need it by a certain date?

Please order early, or contact us before ordering and we'll do our best to help. We can't guarantee delivery dates once an order is with the carrier.
